Eric Valeev, chief architect, designer and CEO of the international award winning IQ studio, creators of a host of commercial and private luxury interiors. We are interested in architecture which is timeless yet modern in its appeal, that combines technology with nature and blends material components with a sense of spirituality. A house should not just be a machine for living, it must also leave space for poetry and sentimentality. The most important thing is to maintain the basic principles such as light, comfort, scale and proportions; with good architecture all of these are present. With the Knightsbridge Private Park project our aim was to recreate the spirit of London; we have given the facades and interiors a certain sophistication whilst retaining the subtleness and restraint of English architecture.
